About it

What to bring and expect

Bring warm, comfortable clothes, a meditation shawl or blanket, and a notebook. Accommodation is shared and simple. Meals are vegetarian, prepared together. Phones are kept aside during the day and available in the evening.

The days are long and mostly quiet. Most participants find the first two days hard and the last two the easiest. A guide is available throughout for personal conversations.

Immersing yourself in monastic training provides a rare opportunity to step away from daily distractions and establish a deep, unshakable foundation of inner peace. Through structured meditation, bio-psychological practices, and a balanced yogic lifestyle, you will learn to quiet the mind, release stress, and align your daily actions with higher spiritual principles. Beyond personal calm, this training cultivates profound mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose, empowering you to live with greater compassion, self-discipline, and universal love long after the program ends.
