The first day at kindergarten!

Although we still enjoy warm, sunny days, autumn is inevitably taking up its duties, and we must leave behind the savor of the vacation and concern ourselves with putting a new year in order. So, a few days ago we opened the doors again at Rasarit Kindergarten. It is the 19th year of existence of the kindergarten, which has been active since 1995!

The children were impatient to see the changes that appeared over the summer, to meet their new classmates and to see the educators again after the lovely summer vacation.

We prepared as best we knew how to welcome both the children and the parents with the best we can offer. Thus, in the last weeks of the vacation we did a general cleaning, made small repairs to the building and the rooms, and one of the parents even helped us make new pillows and curtains for the ladybugs' classroom. Everyone helped with the cleaning, but especially with freshening up the look of the yard – everyone is enthusiastic when it comes to working outdoors!

With the money raised last year at the Autumn Bazaar we bought new toys. We also invested in buying a cooking set, we changed the little ones' dishes so that we now have new, cheerful and colorful bowls and plates, we added to the play arsenal a trampoline that is already among the most popular items in the yard, we bought doctor kits for the little ones who dream of a career in medicine, and many, many supplies for the art workshops.

We also have a new member alongside us – Gina, our educator for the afternoon shift. We thank Laura for having been with us last year, and we look toward the future with enthusiasm! We wish the children a new year with many beautiful and educational experiences alongside our team!
