The River School Celebrates a Successful Term
In Maleny, Australia, The River School has celebrated a successful term of learning built on Neohumanist philosophy.
Highlights included:
i. Olympics Day: Students participated in friendly sporting challenges promoting teamwork and participation. 🤾🏼♀️🚴🏽♀️
ii. Book Week: Children explored Australian literature and celebrated with a character parade. 📚
iii. Intergenerational visits: Students connected with Range Care senior residents sharing experiences and stories.
iv. Winter Solstice: The school community gathered for a lantern parade celebrating the return of the light. 🌙
