Friendship – The Way to Overcome Prejudice

For vulnerable children, accentuated social distance means isolation, marginalization, abuse, the inhibition of the healthy development of their skills and abilities and, thus, the violation of their fundamental rights.

Our kindergarten is involved in the Project “We Each Have a Story”, carried out by CPE – the Partnership Center for Equality, in partnership with the AMURTEL Aid Association and the Romano ButiQ Association, from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2016. The project is funded through the EEA Grants, 2009-2014, under the NGO Fund in Romania and supports marginalized children.

Within this program we encourage everyone's stories.

In the latest article on the project's website, Didi Denise Deshaies teaches us, through a little story, how to become empathetic and remove the artificial barriers in a human connection.
