A transformative 3-hour workshop on Mindfulness for Stress Management was conducted by Avtk. Ananda Anupama Acarya, Reetu Didi, and Pranab Dada, making the session deeply insightful and enriching for all participants.

💡 Key Highlights of the Session:
✅ “Being Your Real Self: Health & Happiness” – Understanding the true purpose of life: Self-Realization & Service to All.
✅ Ensuring Physical Health – Sentient food habits and the importance of superfoods for students.
✅ Practical Experience – Participants enthusiastically learned Asanas, Kaoshikii, and Tandava Dance and committed to incorporating them into their daily routines.
✅ Meditation & Mind Power – Exploring the mind as a reservoir of infinite possibilities. Avtk. Ananda Anupama Acarya guided participants through meditation and offered Naam Mantra initiation. Students were encouraged to seek further personal lessons from Ananda Marga Acaryas.

🏆 As a token of appreciation, Ananda Marga Books & Diaries were gifted to 10 dedicated participants for their enthusiastic participation in Asanas and Kaoshikii Tandava Dance.
