Education, Food, Clothes and Essential Goods: Amurt in Likoni!

The volunteers of AMURT and AMURTEL are working tirelessly to bring hope and support to the children of Likoni, one of the poorest neighborhoods of Mombasa, in Kenya.

Likoni is a difficult reality, marked by conditions of extreme poverty: many families live in makeshift huts, without access to basic services such as food, drinking water or education. In this context, AMURT is making a difference, offering not only material aid but also opportunities for a better future.

The schools welcome hundreds of children, where besides education we offer food, clothes and medicines for families in difficulty. These essential goods help improve daily living conditions and combat malnutrition and disease.

The volunteers of AMURT and AMURTEL are the beating heart of these activities: the schools are followed with care, the meals are prepared and distributed with love, and every child receives the support needed to feel welcomed and protected.
