Bringing Meditation to More Communities across Northern Malaysia

A six-weeks beginner’s meditation program was recently kickstarted at Ananda Asitima Master Unit in Kedah, Malaysia as part of ongoing efforts to introduce Ananda Marga meditation and practices to beginners across Northern Malaysia.

The program includes classes on kiirtan, meditation, Prabhat Samgiita, science of food, bathing procedures, and Yama and Niyama.

Acharya Nanda, who facilitates the program, explained the aim is to prepare participants towards deeper engagement with Ananda Marga’s practises before initiation.

Similar introductory classes are also being held weekly in neighbouring states of Butterworth, Penang, and Ipoh, reflecting a wider initiative to inspire and nurture new margiis.
