Autumn Retreat Was Great, More Coming!
During the last weekend of October, 2023 we held our first retreat in a long time. We had participants from Chicago, Michigan and Iowa in addition to meditators from the Champaign-Urbana area.
Didi Ananda Chandrashekhara was our guest teacher and gave a workshop on Buddha’s Eightfold Path. Dada Vedaprajinananda gave a presentation on Brahma Chakra, the cosmology of yoga.
