Around 30 people attended a Sadhana Shivir at the Marga Guru (MG) Quarters in Batu Gajah, Ipoh, Malaysia.
The three-day programme included collective kiirtan, meditation, Prabhat Samgiita, asanas, and svadhyaya.
Classes and discussions covered methods to enjoy deeper meditation, sentient diets, subjective approach and objective adjustment, and and samskaras.
