Memories of the TREKKING, YOGA and MEDITATION retreat: Find joy again!

From November 18 to 20, 2022, in the splendid setting of @anandavipasa in Valpolicella, the yoga and meditation center and national headquarters of Ananda Marga, this fantastic Trekking, Yoga and Meditation retreat took place last autumn.

A weekend open to all those who already had experience in yogic practices, but also and above all to those approaching this magical world for the first time!
We spent two days immersed in nature, we went trekking, had asana classes, collective meditations, kiirtan, deep sharing and lots of new acquaintances!

🙏🏻Heartfelt thanks to everyone who collaborated in making all this happen, thanks to the acaryas @diditheyoganun.
And above all THANK YOU to all of you who took part!
