London Volunteers Distribute Meals with AMURT
Volunteers from ActivumSG joined AMURT UK in Hackney, London, to prepare more than 150 plant-based meals and Vita Bites nutrition bars for people experiencing food insecurity and homelessness.
AMURT UK’s London Feeding Programme distributed over 26,500 meals last year, supported by a volunteer community of more than 100 people.
The initiative also connects people with support services and provides essential items to those sleeping rough.
