The conflict in the Middle East continues to expand, and the situation in Lebanon has worsened dramatically. In a short time the bombings have taken the lives of thousands of people, including many innocent children. Families forced to
flee, in search of a shelter that they often find only in schools (there are about one and a half million Lebanese refugees, to whom are added the Palestinians and Syrians fleeing their war-torn countries). These places, once devoted to education, are now turned into emergency shelters, taking away from the children the right to grow and learn. These little ones, deprived of childhood and education, live in terror of losing their parents or even their own lives. Everyone's help is needed to immediately bring support to the most affected families and to offer psychological support to the traumatized children. The volunteers of Amurt are engaged on the front line to alleviate the suffering of the refugees by offering them hospitality, hot meals and assistance. Every help counts. The children need you.
