Discourse on Mental Growth & Personality Development Held at ZRTI, Sini
An enlightening discourse on Mental Growth and Personality Development was successfully conducted at Zonal Railway Training Institute (ZRTI), Sini, Jharkhand, featuring Acharya Vimalananda Avadhuta, a senior monk of Ananda Marga and a renowned motivational speaker.
The session explored the deeper dimensions of human potential, focusing on the purpose of life, endocrine and lymphatic gland functions, and the role of chakra-based yoga and meditation in shaping a balanced personality. Practical yoga and meditation sessions were also held, offering participants a direct experience of these ancient yet scientifically relevant techniques.
Organized under the banner of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha, this program received enthusiastic participation from the trainees and faculty of ZRTI, sparking meaningful discussions on the integration of yogic science in modern education and professional life.
