Our community participated in a Health and Wellness Fair held at the Marketplace Mall in Champaign this past weekend (January 26). We displayed our books and CDs and spoke to people about yoga and meditation. I recently held an introduction to meditation workshop and started a new series of Blissed-Out Yoga Classes.
