AMURTEL Romania Hosts Nature-Based Resilience Training

From 22–26 June 2026, educators and facilitators from four European organisations gathered in Bușteni, Romania, for a five-day Learning, Teaching and Training Activity under the PRISM – Pathways to Resilience project.

Hosted by AMURTEL Romania, the training explored practical approaches to resilience, wellbeing, inclusion, and environmental awareness through nature-based education, in line with neohumanist philosophy.

The training included trauma-informed facilitation, meditation, resilience-building exercises, forest trails and walks in the Bucegi Mountains.

The programme brought together AMURTEL Romania, Ananda Marga Denmark, EcoAtivo Portugal, and Meditation Steps Germany, providing participants with critical skills to support their local communities.
