Community centre and model farm (formerly Centro AMURT, described as a model master unit) on 3.5 hectares in Barlovento, started in 2000 after the 1999 floods; it supports local farmers, food security, cooking courses and education, and during the pandemic distributed food, including through the 'Prama' community project in Caracas.
